Silky Kadakia

I am a design strategist and consultant based out of New York City. My unique consulting and design backgrounds allow me to solve problems using human centered design principles, manage multidisciplinary teams, and push creative boundaries within my team and for my clients. My experiences include establishing a design practice within a top management consulting firm, facilitating design sessions for clients across industries, and innovating on a variety of problems from analytics to service design.

I thoroughly enjoy working in teams. From ideation to execution, my experience leading teams and project managing the design and innovation components has been a strength and passion.

LECTURER & Educator

I teach graduate level coursework on Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, and Advanced Facilitation techniques. Courses taught include Georgetown University’s MBA, University of Virginia MS in MIT, and numerous executive level clients. 


I serve as an advanced strategy facilitator with over 50+ client design sessions under my belt. Workshops and sessions are tailored for each client based on problem and phase of the project.
